| On 6/14/2017, at approximately 1500, an employee was riding in the rear of a line striping truck that had just completed striping a freeway entrance ramp and was travelling down the freeway to turn around in the median. While the striping truck was slowing down to turn around, it was struck from behind by an approaching truck. The employee in the rear of the truck suffered a fractured leg and thumb and was hospitalized overnight. | |||||
